Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Paper & Petal ATL website (paperandpetalatl.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Commission Process

All botanical art pieces are created through a structured commission process:

  1. Consultation — Submit a consultation request through our website form. We will respond within 2 business days to discuss your vision, timeline, and specifications.
  2. Design Approval — Upon agreeing to the project scope, we will provide a detailed proposal including design concept, materials, dimensions, and pricing.
  3. Creation — Once the deposit is received and the design is approved, production begins. Typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.
  4. Delivery — Completed pieces are available for pickup at our Smyrna studio or may be delivered within the Greater Atlanta area.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or pickup. We accept major credit cards, Zelle, and Cash App.

4. Intellectual Property

Paper & Petal ATL retains all intellectual property rights to original designs, patterns, and techniques used in the creation of commissioned pieces. Upon completion and full payment, the client receives ownership of the physical piece and a non-exclusive license to photograph the piece for personal, non-commercial use.

Photography of commissioned pieces by Paper & Petal ATL may be used in our portfolio, gallery, social media, and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to production.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations requested before production begins will receive a refund of the deposit minus a 15% administrative fee. Once production has begun, deposits are non-refundable. If Paper & Petal ATL is unable to fulfill a commission due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of all payments made.

6. Limitation of Liability

Paper & Petal ATL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific commission in question.

7. Changes to Terms

Paper & Petal ATL reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
